The opportunity
This is a great opportunity to become part of the team at the Bradley Hare in Maiden Bradley.
You will be working in a closed knit team, with individuals who are totally focused on preparing and serving beautiful food for our guests.
The perfect person
Will ideally have previous experience in a similar position, will have excellent food presentation skills, a passion for the industry and be creative, will be a reliable, hardworking and dedicated individual, a great communicator and team player
Role responsibilities
Working as a team and ensure colleagues are supported to maintain smooth delivery and service at all times. Providing direct support to Head Chef and Sous Chef.
Making sure that all dishes should be prepared using fresh produce, combining contemporary flavours and traditional techniques.
Ensuring all food preparation and presentation is of a high standard and in line with food safety regulations. Ensuring the Company Health, Safety and Food Safety & COSHH legislation are adhered to.
Ensuring that a high standard of cleanliness and good conduct is maintained in the Kitchen operation.
