Junior Claims Assessor

Requirements of Junior Warranty Assessor role:

Assess warranty repair requests using in house software. Discuss repairs with workshops and customers via telephone, email and our systems. Taking inbound and outbound calls. Ensure correct diagnosis costs and causes for failures of mechanical and electrical components. Check parts and labour costs are accurate and source reconditioned/ refurbished parts where appropriate. Processing customer contributions towards repairs. Excellent understanding of warranty cover levels. Automotive/ mechanical experience is necessary, eg service / parts advisor, engineer, technician or service technician. Excellent customer service skills required. Abiding to GDPR. Any other duties your manager reasonably asks you to perform.

What We Offer

Salary: 27,500 basic dependant on experience.

OTE: 25% of basic (Your OTE will be based on achieving KPIs, and will be paid monthly)

Monday to Friday schedule

8.30am-5.30pm
Saturday

Up to 1 a month (9am - 4pm)
