We're currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic

Junior Client Accountant

to join our team in the

London

office. You will work closely with our experienced Finance team who will assign tasks associated with day to day financial functions including the purchase ledger, expenses and sales ledger transactions.

The primary job duties and responsibilities include:

Raising invoices for retainer and project fees and disbursement invoices with appropriate backups On a monthly basis, releasing revenue and expenses (WIP) Following up on outstanding amounts with clients and notifying the accounts team on any issues Running time utilisation reports on a monthly basis Checking and approving job estimates Assist with bank reconciliations Process inter-company entries between group companies Assist with annual audit Cover for other finance team members Respond to emails and queries promptly and professionally

What you bring:

Passionate, honest and enthusiastic approach to work Excellent written and verbal communication skills A team player; someone who will thrive in a close-knit and social team Good attention to detail and organisational skills Strong Excel skills Experience using NetSuite is an advantage Advertising agency experience
