CT Built Limited are a high end residential and commercial contractor operating within the London area. We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable site manager to join our growing company on an exciting residential project in West London. The ideal candidate is someone with an eye for detail, a qualified tradesman who understands the process from the ground up and will support other trades in order to create a safe and efficient working environment with the right culture.

About the Role:

As a Junior Site Manager, you will support the Site Managers in the day-to-day operations of the site. Your responsibilities will include supervising and monitoring the workforce, managing logistics for incoming goods and waste disposal, overseeing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements, conducting inductions and toolbox talks, and ensuring all daily reports are completed accurately and on time including the daily site diary.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing site operations and ensuring all work is carried out efficiently Supervising subcontractors and tradespeople, maintaining quality control Implementing and enforcing health & safety procedures (SMSTS required) Coordinating deliveries, materials, and site logistics Monitoring progress and reporting to the project team Problem-solving site issues quickly and effectively
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential refurbishment projects Strong knowledge of fit-out, renovation, and finishing trades Excellent understanding of health & safety regulations Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades on-site Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills A proactive, hands-on approach to site management Experience using construction management software (You will be using Pro Core)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 18 months

Pay: 180.00-220.00 per day
