, a marketing agency specialising in Content Sprints. We make a lot of content for clients and now we want to be much better at showing what we do ourselves.
This is an
entry-level role
for someone who wants to learn how content is really made. From filming on shoots, to editing, posting and understanding what actually performs on social.
If you enjoy filming on your phone, talking to camera, and want to build confidence creating content, this is a great place to start.
What you'll be doing
You'll be creating content around We Should Create itself, not client deliverables.
That includes:
Filming BTS content on shoots using an iPhone
Capturing real moments, setups, and day-to-day agency life
Talking to camera to explain what's happening or recap shoots
Creating short-form videos from BTS footage
Simple video edits using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
Creating carousel posts in Canva (process, tips, before/after, learnings)
Posting content on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
Learning how Content Sprints work and how we promote them
This role is about learning, confidence-building + consistency, not being perfect on day one.
What we're looking for
You don't need loads of experience. We're looking for someone curious, comfortable on camera (or keen to get there) and genuinely interested in content creation.
You should:
Be confident filming video on an iPhone
Be comfortable talking to camera, or keen to get comfortable quickly
Enjoy creating social content
Be happy being around shoots and creative environments
Be able to do basic video edits (CapCut is totally fine)
Have some familiarity with Canva for simple carousel posts
Be organised enough to post consistently
Be proactive and willing to learn
Nice to have, but not essential:
A personal TikTok or Instagram account
Any experience creating content for a brand
Stronger Canva or basic design skills
An interest in video, social media, or marketing
Location and working style
Ideally you're based near Newport (or Cardiff or Bristol). Our studio is Newport City Center but close to Newport train station.
This is a hybrid role, some remote work, but you'll need to come along to shoots and be in the studio when needed.
The practical bits
This role will likely start freelance or part-time.
You'll be supported, trained and given room to learn, with real potential for this to grow into a longer-term or in-house role if it's a good fit on both sides.
How to apply
Send:
A short intro about you
Any examples of content you've created (personal or brand, doesn't need to be perfect)
What tools you're comfortable using
Where you're based and your availability
If you're excited by the idea of learning content creation in a real agency environment, we'd love to hear from you.
