About the Role



We are seeking a proactive

Junior Customer Service Agent

to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and customers, providing support and ensuring a positive experience with our marketing services. Key Responsibilities



Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat Assist customers with information about our marketing products, services, and campaigns Handle and resolve customer concerns or escalate issues as necessary Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support client needs and campaign success Contribute to improving customer service processes and feedback systems Provide support during marketing promotions and events as required

Skills and Qualifications



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude Strong problem-solving abilities Basic computer literacy, including CRM or customer service software familiarity Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential A keen interest in marketing and willingness to learn
