The Role



As a Junior Customer Service Brand Representative, you will be the face of our client brands, ensuring customers receive excellent service while promoting products and services. This is a people-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, representing brands, and building relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Represent client brands across various marketing channels (events, retail, residential, or B2B) Engage with customers, providing product information and answering enquiries Deliver excellent customer service to create a positive brand experience Support the setup and execution of marketing campaigns Promote products and services in line with brand guidelines Record customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team Meet individual and team performance targets

What We're Looking For



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A friendly, approachable, and professional manner Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing environment Willingness to learn about different brands and campaigns Previous experience in customer service, promotions, or marketing is an advantage but not essential
