As a Junior Customer Service Brand Representative, you will be the face of our client brands, ensuring customers receive excellent service while promoting products and services. Key Responsibilities
Represent client brands across various marketing channels (events, retail, residential, or B2B)
Engage with customers, providing product information and answering enquiries
Deliver excellent customer service to create a positive brand experience
Support the setup and execution of marketing campaigns
Promote products and services in line with brand guidelines
Record customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team
