About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Entry-level Customer Service Brand Assistant to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, supporting brand campaigns, and gaining hands-on experience across customer service, branding, and events. You will help represent brands, engage with customers, and support the smooth delivery of marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent brands at events, promotions, and customer-facing activities Deliver excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product information, and enhancing brand experience Support the execution of marketing and brand awareness campaigns Assist with creating simple marketing materials such as social media content and digital assets Help set up event stands, displays, and brand activations Collect customer feedback and support basic market research Track campaign performance and assist with reporting Provide operational and administrative support to ensure smooth campaign delivery
