Key Responsibilities



Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner Provide clear and accurate information about marketing services, promotions, and campaigns Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems Relay customer feedback to the marketing team to enhance campaigns Assist with basic marketing tasks, including event support or promotional activities Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and service delivery

Skills and Qualifications
