We are looking for a friendly and proactive

Junior Customer Service Operator

to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and customers, handling enquiries, providing support, and ensuring a positive experience. Key Responsibilities



Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat Assist clients with information about our marketing services, campaigns, and products Log and track customer interactions accurately using CRM systems Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to relay customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently Support the team with administrative tasks related to customer service operations Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to build strong client relationships Escalate complex enquiries to senior team members when necessary

Skills and Qualifications



Excellent verbal and written communication skills Friendly, patient, and customer-focused approach Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Previous experience in customer service or call centre environments is a plus but not essential
