Junior Customer Service Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities



Provide support to the customer service team by assisting with client queries and ensuring smooth communication. Deliver excellent service across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to relay customer feedback and insights. Assist in resolving issues efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Represent our clients' brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Requirements



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and supportive attitude with a willingness to learn. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Team player with strong problem-solving abilities. No prior experience required - full training will be provided. Enthusiasm to grow within the customer service and marketing sectors.
