Key Responsibilities
Support the onboarding of new clients and help them understand our marketing services
Serve as the day-to-day contact for client communication and campaign updates
Monitor campaign progress and performance, providing reports and feedback
Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and suggest service enhancements
Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
Proactively resolve client queries or concerns in a timely, professional manner
Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and expectations
