The Role



As a

Junior Customer Success Specialist

, you'll work closely with our clients and internal teams to support campaign delivery, solve challenges, and build long-term relationships. Your mission is to make sure our clients are happy, informed, and achieving their goals with us.

Key Responsibilities



Support the onboarding of new clients and help them understand our marketing services Serve as the day-to-day contact for client communication and campaign updates Monitor campaign progress and performance, providing reports and feedback Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and suggest service enhancements Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution Proactively resolve client queries or concerns in a timely, professional manner Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and expectations

What We're Looking For



Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) A customer-first mindset with a keen eye for detail Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment Proactive problem-solver with a passion for service excellence Previous experience in customer service, account management, or client-facing roles is a plus -- but not essential Familiarity with CRM tools, project management software, or marketing platforms is beneficial
