It's Monday morning, and your first call is with an HR manager who's thrilled because the automation you set up last week just saved her team hours of admin work. Later, you help another customer discover a new feature in Cezanne HR that makes their onboarding process smoother. You wrap up the day by sharing feedback with our product team - ideas that could improve the experience for hundreds of customers.

What you will do

Build trusted relationships with your customers Help them adopt our software and realise its full value Listen to feedback and pass it to the right teams Spot opportunities for automation to support customers at scale Work with our Support and Implementation teams for a seamless experience Monitor customer health and step in when needed Celebrate customer successes along the way

Previous experience in customer success, HR, recruitment, or software support is a bonus, but not essential - we'll train you.
