What you will do

Build trusted relationships with your customers
Help them adopt our software and realise its full value
Listen to feedback and pass it to the right teams
Spot opportunities for automation to support customers at scale
Work with our Support and Implementation teams for a seamless experience
Monitor customer health and step in when needed
