Junior Developer and Support Analyst

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Developer and Support Analyst with at least 2 years' experience in a technology role to assist our experienced development team in testing and supporting scalable applications and services for critical Wealth Management processes.

The role will also entail undertaking development activities on a low code automation technology platform.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to help deliver and test high-quality solutions, and provide support to our growing list of clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions.

Develop, test and support automation solutions.

Produce documentation to assist with the product delivery.

Work closely with internal teams and external vendors / suppliers.

Qualifications / Experience:

- At least 2 years' experience of working in client facing technology roles

- A Degree in a STEM subject

Essential Skills:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

- Supporting configurable software products like CRM systems or workflow tools

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Skills:

- Automation & AI

- Experience of working in B2B SaaS environments

- Knowledge of a programming language such as Python

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
