About you

We're looking for someone creative who's happy getting stuck into the detail of making things look good across social and email (no coding involved, promise).

The actual work

You'll be reproducing and rolling out designs in Photoshop, adding them to the relevant channels, and helping gather performance results. The bulk of it is production work across varied clients, but mainly supporting automotive accounts, so if you appreciate classic cars, that's a genuine plus.

What you need

1-3 years doing this professionally, a solid production portfolio, attention to detail that borders on obsessive, and fluency in Adobe Creative Suite. Video editing skills are nice but not essential - being able to pull together a reel at pace is a big win! You'll need to manage multiple projects without dropping balls.

What we're like

Small creative team, 3 days a week in our Thame studio (hybrid setup after probation period). We care more about enthusiasm, initiative, and chasing down design excellence than where you studied or who you know. There's real scope for growth if you approach the work with the right mentality.
