About You

We're looking for someone who can confidently manage social media: not just post pictures, but build a strategy, create content that works, and show the results.

The actual work

You'll own the social media strategy and execution across multiple client accounts. That means creating content, writing copy, managing communities, tracking what's working, and reporting back with insights that actually matter. You'll also handle email marketing campaigns, plus write SEO-optimised blog content that positions clients as people worth listening to.

What you need

3-5 years doing this professionally, ideally in an agency. A portfolio that proves you can grow followings and engagement. Expert writing skills, fluency with social management tools (Hootsuite or similar), email platforms (Mailchimp, Brevo), and working knowledge of WordPress. You'll need to be comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, analytics (platform and Google), and SEO basics. Most importantly, you can manage multiple clients without losing your mind or missing deadlines.

What matters beyond the CV

You bring fresh ideas while respecting brand guidelines. You're self-motivated, adaptable when priorities shift, and proactive enough to anticipate what clients need before they ask. You care about digital marketing trends and staying ahead of algorithm changes.
