We're now expanding our team and looking for a

Junior Digital Marketing Executive

who wants to learn fast, get hands-on experience, and grow into a high-performing digital marketer. If you're creative, organised, eager to learn, and excited by the world of digital marketing this role is for you.

The Role

You'll support the senior team across multiple areas of digital marketing, from content creation and SEO to reporting, automation and website updates. You'll work on real client campaigns, help build marketing systems, and contribute ideas that make an impact.

This is a junior role

full training will be provided

but a basic understanding of digital marketing and a willingness to learn are essential.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content

Assist in planning, creating and scheduling content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X. Contribute creative ideas for reels, campaigns and trending content. Help with filming and capturing engaging content (on location and in-office).

Digital Marketing Support

Support SEO tasks including basic keyword research, content optimisation and on-page improvements. Assist with sales funnel setup and editing. Help manage automation tasks within CRM systems. Update website content using WordPress or other CMS platforms.

Future Training & Development

Meta Ads setup & optimisation CRM management Email, SMS and WhatsApp marketing Automation workflows AI tools for content and marketing PPC campaign support

Reporting & Analytics

Gather performance data from SEO tools, Google Analytics, Search Console, social platforms and paid media accounts. Help prepare monthly performance reports for clients.

General Responsibilities

Keep up to date with platforms, trends and best practices. Support team projects and join internal meetings with ideas and creativity. Collaborate with clients to help them achieve their goals.

What We're Looking ForEssential Skills & Traits

A genuine interest in digital marketing (SEO, social, content, ads, automation). Strong writing and communication skills. Organised, proactive and eager to learn. Basic understanding of social media platforms and marketing principles. Ability to work on multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have (but not required)

Industry Experience Experience with WordPress or any CMS Understanding of SEO basics Any exposure to paid ads (Meta or Google) Experience using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools Interest in AI tools
