What are we looking for?
Pagabo is one of the fastest-growing Construction, Goods and Services related framework providers for the Public Sector. We are in the recruitment of a new Junior DPS Manager to continue to build on the wealth of capability and expertise the company holds. This means we will keep on meeting the requirements of our ever-growing client base and growing portfolio of DPS procurement solutions.
Our aim is to provide the very best in compliant public sector framework agreements and dynamic purchasing systems for our growing client base.
The Junior DPS Manager will undergo extensive training to learn our unique culture, service offering, the strength of our DPS and the partnerships that bring true value to Pagabo's loyal clients. You will play a crucial role in supporting the DPS team with managing and maintaining the overall DPS infrastructure within Pagabo. Additionally, the Junior DPS Manager will be responsible for providing training and support to our suppliers to help them achieve and meet framework standards.

You will work closely with our DPS Manager to provide a best in class service for our DPS suppliers and end user clients. This position requires an individual with excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to balance and achieve multiple deadlines.
Duties and responsibilities
You will be expected to manage and lead on DPS related administrative tasks by working with our DPS Manager and Regional Delivery Managers. This will include:
1. Supporting DPS and contractor performance:
Supporting DPS suppliers with training on KPI process where required, providing ongoing support and addressing any issues or questions.
Providing administration support to DPS Manager on Contract Performance System (CPS).
Any DPS reporting and analysis as required.
2. Supporting Client procurements:
Supporting clients with their procurements that are run through the DPS system on Pagabo+
3. Continuous Improvement:
Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for DPS coordination.
4. Any other duties required to ensure Pagabo is meeting client and supplier requirements.
