Job Description
Junior Estimator -
Estimating experience in the Construction Industry preferred.
Role Description -
Liaise with Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Teams
Submitting Tenders returns to clients
Pricing Contracts - with Director approval
Accumulating, Formatting & Assessing Tender documents inc design drawings
Processing contract awards
Salary commensurate with experience
Performance based Bonus Scheme
Holidays:
22 days annual leave & statutory holidays
Working Week
Monday to Friday
Office based only
