, you will support the planning and execution of marketing events from start to finish. You'll work closely with senior event managers, clients, and vendors to ensure every detail is managed professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in organising and coordinating marketing events, promotions, and activations
Support on-site event setup, management, and breakdown
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure smooth operations
Help manage event registrations, guest lists, and attendee communications
Provide excellent customer service to clients and event attendees
Assist with logistics such as transport, equipment, and materials handling
Support the events team with administrative tasks and post-event reporting
Contribute ideas to improve event experiences and processes
