Role Overview:

As a Junior Event Call Centre Associate, you will be the first point of contact for clients and prospects regarding our events and marketing campaigns. You will support the team by handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with customers, and ensuring excellent communication that promotes our brand. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event coordination, customer engagement, and marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding marketing campaigns and events. Assist in promoting and providing information about upcoming events to clients and prospects. Support the coordination and organisation of event-related activities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and event registrations. Collaborate with the marketing and event teams to ensure smooth campaign execution. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality. Good organisational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Interest in marketing, events, and customer engagement. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
