As a Junior Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of marketing events and activations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone energetic, organised, and eager to learn about the events and marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, including product launches, promotional activations, and brand experiences
Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure all logistics run smoothly
Provide on-site support during events, ensuring brand guidelines and client expectations are met
Help manage event materials, equipment, and promotional inventory
Assist with post-event reporting and analysis
Maintain administrative support including schedules, event checklists, and documentation
Contribute creative ideas to enhance event impact and customer engagement
Requirements
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A proactive and flexible approach to work
Ability to work under pressure and adapt in fast-paced environments
Interest in marketing, branding, and event coordination
Previous experience in events or marketing is a bonus, but not essential
