As a Junior Event Coordinator, you will assist in organising and managing marketing events from start to finish. This role involves liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure events run smoothly and meet client expectations. Key Responsibilities
Assist with planning and coordinating marketing events, including promotional launches, exhibitions, and client activations
Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, venues, and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met
Support the preparation of event materials, including invitations, schedules, and promotional items
Help manage event logistics such as venue setup, catering, transportation, and equipment
Attend events to provide on-site support and ensure everything runs according to plan
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to events
Assist with post-event follow-ups, including feedback collection and reporting
Support the team with administrative tasks related to event management
Requirements
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
