As a Junior Event Coordinator, you will support the event management team in organising and delivering marketing events from conception to completion. This role offers great hands-on experience and an opportunity to develop your skills in event planning, client liaison, and on-site coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and organisation of marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution
Support logistical arrangements including transport, equipment, and staffing
Maintain event schedules and communicate key details to internal teams and clients
Assist with on-site event management, ensuring everything runs according to plan
Handle registration, guest lists, and customer enquiries during events
Collect and report feedback post-event to measure success and identify improvements
Support marketing campaigns linked to events, including social media and communications
