We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised

Junior Event Specialist

to join our growing marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to start a career in events and marketing. You'll play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns that help our clients connect with their audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, organising, and executing marketing events and brand activations. Support event logistics, including scheduling, supplier coordination, and on-site setup. Collaborate with the marketing team to align events with campaign objectives. Provide hands-on support during live events to ensure smooth execution and an excellent attendee experience. Help create and manage event materials, displays, and promotional content. Conduct research on venues, suppliers, and target audiences to support event strategy. Collect and organise event feedback, reports, and performance data post-event. Maintain accurate records of budgets, schedules, and resources.

What We're Looking For

Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive, can-do attitude with attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when required for events. Previous experience in marketing, events, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not essential. A passion for events, marketing, and brand experiences.
