Purpose of the Role
You will be pivotal in helping bring the ii brand to life across multiple channels as we move towards the next chapter of our Brand story. One day you could be designing a social media marketing campaign or press advert, the next a website banner or event stand. Our Design & Production team works at pace across a wide variety of projects. We're looking for a motivated and ambitious graphic designer with a demonstrable passion for their craft; someone who is comfortable owning projects and working to brand guidelines but isn't afraid to push boundaries and pitch ideas.
You will explore ways to tell our story and have the skills to communicate often complex information in simple and engaging terms.
While your design skills will do most of the talking, you are a good communicator who thrives in a team environment, and are just as comfortable articulating feedback as you are receiving it.
Key responsibilities:
Create brand, marketing and general business assets for multi-channel use, such as campaign creative, digital display, social and print assets, PDF/Print business materials, newsletters and event collateral, including PowerPoint presentations
Storyboard and present ideas clearly
Work collaboratively with Brand team and channel owners
Interpret briefs and challenge them where necessary
Ensure the ii brand is protected through creative and tone of voice
Act as brand guardian across all collateral, ensuring consistent application of our brand identity
Responsible for keeping our campaigns safe and on track with any Legal or Risk obligations.
Requirements
You must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and have good knowledge of Figma and MS Office
Familiarity with Adobe Animate and After Effects is desirable but not essential
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Manage multiple projects and a busy workload, often working to tight deadlines
Demonstrable experience working to brand guidelines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment
Proven ability to collaborate, build and maintain working relationships
Awareness of investing industry desirable but not essential
