Overview

We are looking for a creative and motivated

Junior Graphic Designer

to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills while working on a wide variety of design projects. You'll assist in creating engaging artwork, supporting client projects, and preparing designs for production using our state-of-the-art printing technologies.

As part of our design team, you'll collaborate with colleagues across production and sales, gaining valuable experience and contributing to the delivery of high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating engaging and innovative designs that align with clients' brands and project requirements. Prepare artwork files, mock-ups, and presentations to help clients visualise their final product. Support the design and printing of artworks, ensuring accuracy and quality in all outputs. Work closely with senior designers and production staff to meet deadlines and deliver projects to a high standard. Stay up to date with design trends and software developments to continually grow your skills. Maintain organised design files and contribute to smooth workflow within the team.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in a design role (internships and placements considered). Relevant design qualification or equivalent practical experience. A portfolio showcasing creativity and technical ability. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign essential). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel an advantage). Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under deadlines. A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong communication skills. Experience with print processes is desirable but not essential (training provided).

Salary & Benefits

Starting salary: 20,000 - 24,000 (depending on experience). Opportunity to develop and progress within a supportive, creative team.
