We're looking for a Junior HR Manager Intern to support our HR operations and employee engagement efforts. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world HR experience within a fast-paced tech environment.

About the Role

This internship is ideal for a recent graduate or PSW visa holder interested in Human Resources. You'll assist with recruitment, onboarding, documentation, employee records, and help improve internal HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Post job openings and help screen applications Schedule and coordinate interviews and hiring processes Assist with onboarding and maintaining employee records Help plan team events and support engagement initiatives Work with the HR team to update policies and procedures Track performance reviews and employee feedback Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment laws

Who You Are

A recent graduate in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field Or currently on a PSW visa seeking HR experience Excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Comfortable using digital tools and HR software Friendly, proactive, and willing to take initiative

Bonus if You Have

Experience with HR software like BambooHR, Workday, or Zoho People Basic knowledge of UK labor laws or HR practices Exposure to recruitment or employee engagement projects Experience planning internal events or team communications
