The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing the employee experience by managing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. This position requires a blend of administrative skills and a proactive approach to supporting our talent management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Support employee engagement initiatives and organize training programs.
Maintain employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
Handle employee inquiries related to benefits, payroll, and policies in a timely manner.
Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Provide support for HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced or commodities environment.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
