This role is responsible for managing the progress of day to day work across one or more teams. You'll work closely with colleagues in development, analysis, testing, and business roles to make sure the right work is being delivered, issues are addressed quickly, and stakeholders stay aligned and informed. Under the guidance of a Senior Delivery Manager, you'll lead the organisation of activity for your team -- managing capacity, supporting planning, addressing blockers, and ensuring a clear path forward. The role is well suited to someone who is organised, proactive and keen to develop their delivery skills in a fast moving environment. This is a Hybrid role based in Barton-Upon-Humber. Main responsibilities:
Coordinate team activities to focus on top priorities.
Help plan by confirming capacity, scope, and goals with leads.
Share timely progress updates with stakeholders.
Spot and remove blockers; escalate when needed.
Monitor work and flag risks to timelines.
Run sessions to review progress and guide decisions.
Keep clear records of risks, decisions, and actions.
Encourage efficient, consistent ways of working.
Prepare upcoming work by identifying needs and aligning teams.
About You Desired skills & knowledge:
Excellent communicator -- confident working across technical and business audiences.
A desire to develop within the role and company
Strong organisational skills, with a background in projects, delivery or related coordination work
Ideally experience working within an IT or technical environment
Experience working within a fast moving organisation
Good working knowledge of standard Microsoft applications is essential.
Practical and proactive, with a focus on momentum, alignment, and results.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities, issues, and conversations without losing focus.
Problem solving skills
