Overview 
 The Junior Licensing Manager will report to the Licensing Manager to support with the day to day coordination, management and analysis/research for our portfolio of Licenses (adidas, kids and eyewear). 
 The Junior Licensing Manager role is to support all aspects of the Licenses business, ensuring an effective balance of commercial projects that respect the brands values. This role will work collaboratively across all Stella McCartney internal teams as well as collaborating closely with the Licences to ensure perfect external alignment. 
 This is a 12 month FTC starting in November - December 2025. 
Your Mission: 
 Collection Development: Support the Licensing Manager through the development of the Licensed product categories from initial design meetings through to the final launch including all approvals. 
 Partner Relationship: Organize and join regular update meetings with licensing partners, ensuring Stella McCartney's interests are represented and that partners are aligned with the brand's strategic objectives whilst nurturing strong relationships with the partners. 
 Asset coordination: Work closely with both the Stella McCartney creative teams (marketing and PR) and the license partners to ensure timely development of all marketing material. 
 Reporting & Communication: Conduct comprehensive analyses of quarterly licensing reports, highlighting key performance drivers, identifying areas for improvement, and presenting findings to the Licensing Manager. 
 Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with all internal departments and license partners. 
 Seasonal Order coordination: Support the Licensing Manager to make sure all stakeholders have all necessary information to make informed and timely seasonal orders. 
 Sample Flow Coordination: ensuring all teams have access to the licensed collections in order to perform their seasonal departmental requirements. 
 PR Collaboration: Collaborate with the PR department to ensure licensed products are effectively integrated into seasonal gifting initiatives and other promotional activities. Manage press clippings, working with Marketing, PR and the events team. 
 Retail Training: Support in the creation of retail training tools, to ensure the promotion of our lines internally. 
 Archive: Maintain a record of all products in our archive and manage the request and flow to internal teams in a timely manner. 
 Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to identify emerging trends, evaluate product opportunities. 
 Any further ad hoc duties required by the CCO or Licensing Manager. 
 Creating presentation decks for CCO and Licensing manager to summarize recent Licensing activities. 
Your Talent: 
 Strong communication and written skills. 
 Work well under pressure, managing short deadlines. 
 Proven experience and a strong understanding of sales analyses 
 Previous experience within international licensing, ideally, within the fashion industry, would be desirable. 
 Positive mindset and able to use initiative 
 Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
