Job Summary

The Junior Handyman will assist in various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of residential properties. This role is perfect for someone with basic handyman skills looking to grow and develop their expertise in a supportive and hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks including but not limited to fixing leaks, repairs, painting, and minor carpentry. Assist senior handymen with more complex projects and learn through on-the-job training. Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify and address issues. Install fixtures and appliances as required. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

About You

Basic knowledge of general maintenance and repair tasks. Familiarity with hand and power tools. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry heavy objects. Comfortable working in various environments, including indoors and outdoors. The capability to perform physical activities such as climbing, balancing, and stooping.
