As a Junior Marketing Analyst, you'll play a key role in collecting, analysing, and reporting marketing performance data. You'll help turn numbers into narratives that guide our clients' marketing strategies and internal decision-making. Key Responsibilities
Track, analyse, and interpret marketing campaign performance data across channels (social, paid ads, email, web, etc.)
Assist in the development of client dashboards and monthly performance reports
Support A/B testing initiatives and conversion rate optimisation efforts
Monitor audience behaviour, market trends, and competitor activity
Work closely with marketing strategists and account managers to evaluate and improve campaign results
Present insights and recommendations in a clear, visually engaging manner
Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and reporting schedules
Requirements
Passion for marketing, analytics, and storytelling through data
Basic understanding of marketing metrics (e.g. CTR, CPC, ROI, engagement rate)
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Excel/Google Sheets
Experience with or interest in visualisation tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a love of numbers
Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field preferred
Previous internship or work experience in a marketing or analytics role is a plus
