We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in various marketing initiatives, supporting the team in executing strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including the website and email marketing Support with the creation and scheduling of social media post on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Linkedin Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing strategies. Create engaging copy for various marketing materials, including newsletters, blog posts, menus and promotional content. Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Ads Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on marketing objectives. Assist in managing B2B relationships by supporting outreach efforts and maintaining communication with clients.

Skills

At least 1 years experience in a similar role Strong interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail and organisation. A self-motivator with ability to think on your feet Proficient in copywriting, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to target audiences. Understanding of digital marketing desirable Ability to analyse data effectively and communicate findings clearly to senior management Good understanding of social media platforms, trending content and analytics Knowledge of Google Analytics is desirable but not essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative mindset. Being a sports fan would be advantageous
