As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you will support the execution of marketing campaigns, contribute to creative ideas, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (both online and offline)
Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer behaviour
Help create content for social media, email marketing, print materials, and event collateral
Monitor and update company and client social media accounts
Support the coordination of promotional events and campaigns
Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports and presentations
Maintain organised records of campaign activity, leads, and client data
Provide general administrative support to the marketing and sales teams
What We're Looking For:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media platforms
Creative thinking and a willingness to contribute ideas
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is preferred but not essential
