Junior Marketing Executive

to join our growing Digital Team, no degree required, just passion, potential, and a willingness to learn.

Who Are You?

We're looking for someone who's ready to take the first step into marketing. Maybe you've worked in another role but always wanted to explore your creative side, or maybe you've been learning marketing through your own side projects or social media. Either way, we value enthusiasm, curiosity, and commitment more than formal qualifications.

You'll be someone who:

Communicates clearly and confidently Enjoys learning new tools, platforms, and trends Is curious about what makes content go viral Wants to understand how businesses attract and keep customers Has a creative mindset and an eye for detail
Previous experience isn't essential, but if you've done anything related to content creation, social media, design, writing, or marketing (even personally), we'd love to hear about it.

Key Deliverables:

You'll support our digital and marketing activity by:

Helping plan, create, and post engaging content on websites and social media Supporting email marketing campaigns and reporting on performance Learning how to use digital tools like Meta Business Suite, Sendible, Google Analytics, and others Conducting research on audiences, competitors, and new trends Supporting events, product launches, and promotions across the group Bringing fresh ideas to the team and helping us grow our digital presence

Required Skills

Clear and confident communication (written and verbal) Organised and able to manage time well Comfortable using a computer and digital tools Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn Basic knowledge of social media platforms Creative thinking and a team-player attitude

We would love it if you had:

Any hands-on experience with marketing tools (even if self-taught) Created content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube Interest in design, photography, or video editing Experience with customer service or working in a business environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
