Job Description

About Us

We're on a mission to change the way people experience coffee in the workplace and beyond. At Scanomat, we don't just make innovative coffee machines -- we redefine the coffee experience. Home of the iconic TopBrewer and pioneers in sustainable, design-led coffee innovation, Scanomat is where cutting-edge technology meets premium quality. Across the UK & Ireland, we now serve over 30 million drinks a year and counting! We're known for pushing boundaries and delivering exceptional experiences in premium environments -- from top-tier offices to five-star hotels.

Our culture is dynamic, forward-thinking, and full of opportunities for growth. You'll collaborate with smart, creative, and like-minded people who genuinely care about their work -- and about each other.

The Opportunity

Working under the direction of the Head of Marketing, this role is integral to all aspects of the business; your focus is to support the planning and execution of creative, customer-centric marketing content, campaigns and events to generate B2B leads and nurture relationships with existing customers.

This is an ideal first step for a marketing graduate who's eager to roll up their sleeves, learn fast, and make a real impact from day one. This role would form part of our newly established dynamic graduate programme, allowing you to work with like-minded individuals across departments to activate projects and new initiatives from the ground up.

This role will require general marketing skills including planning, event management, content creation and digital knowhow. But above all, we are looking for someone who is energetic, enthusiastic and has a hands-on attitude to get stuck in. You'll get hands-on experience across content, digital, campaigns, and events -- with support, mentoring, and the chance to contribute your own ideas from day one.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and be enthusiastic about engaging with customers and prospects face-to-face.

The role is based in Rugby with a mix of home working and in-person attendance for meetings or training as required. Flexibility to travel to London is essential, as you will be needed to support client-facing activities such as content creation, training, events, or sales initiatives. On average, you might spend 1-2 days per week in London, although this will vary depending on business priorities.
