The role
You'll be managing multiple projects simultaneously so we're looking for someone who thrives in this environment, who can roll up their sleeves and get things done, be a safe pair of hands, and collaborate successfully with both internal and external stakeholders.
This is a broad role with a focus on marketing automation, website and social media management, and demand generation. As the Marketing Function sits within the Commercial side of the business, you will also work closely with our sales team.
You don't need to have done everything before - the right attitude and ambition is more important. What we do need is a curious and driven person who enjoys coming up with fresh ideas and new ways of doing things. Someone who can work autonomously as well as part of a team, with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage their workload and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
As Junior Marketing Manager, you'll collaborate with internal teams and agencies to build and execute marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, pipeline and support our ambitious growth goals.
Social media management will be your business-as-usual responsibility - a consistent, ongoing focus that runs alongside everything else we do.
Other activities will vary depending on the time of year, project cycles, and business priorities, meaning you won't be working on all of these at once. Flexibility is key - we're a fast-growing business, and we adapt quickly to market trends and customer needs.
Email and Marketing Automation:
Own our marketing automation platform (HubSpot), event workflows, email nurture, lead scoring and data management.
Organic social:
Own our social media channels including all content creation and engagement for LinkedIn, YouTube and Glassdoor. Develop a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content and look for opportunities to create new, engaging content as well as repurposing existing.
Website
:Own our website. Manage and optimise content and performance across website and social.
Reporting & Insights:
Track campaign performance, analyse data, and share insights to inform future activity and improve ROI.
Sales Enablement:
Support the development of collateral and tools to support sales conversations.
Campaign
execution:
Support the execution and optimisation of multi-channel campaigns across digital, email and social to name a few.
Content Development:
Support with the development of compelling content including blogs, case studies, and video scripts that showcase UP3's impact and expertise.

Experience and skills required
You do not need to meet every single criteria below to apply, please submit your CV if you think you'd be a good fit for the role.
3-5 years marketing experience gained in B2B SaaS or software services. Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle.
Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation system is a must. Google Analytics is a bonus.
Proven experience manging social media channels, managing editorial calendar, creating content and writing social posts.
Hands on experience working with a CMS such as ModX or WordPress.
Knowledge of website analytics, SEO, LinkedIn Ads are preferred.
Proven content creation experience and a creative mindset. Confidence managing external agencies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confident collaborating with senior internal stakeholders.
Strong project management skills. Ability to own activities end-to-end, work autonomously, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally a scale up where you need to be hands on and get stuck in.
