We're seeking a

Mechanical Engineer

to support the design and development of advanced

robotic and automation systems

within the

aerospace sector

. This role offers hands-on involvement across concept creation, prototyping, and detailed mechanical design.

Key Responsibilities

Develop

3D models

for robotics and automation concepts using

CATIA / 3DX

Conduct

reachability and feasibility analyses

Support

Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)

activities Design and prepare

rapid prototypes

for trades and de-risking Produce

3D and 2D drawings

for prototype fabrication Create and maintain

Bills of Materials (BOMs)

Deliver detailed

mechanical designs

for platforms, end effectors, and support equipment

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven Aerospace industry experience Proficient in CATIA and 3DX 2-4 years' experience in mechanical design engineering Knowledge of robotics, tooling, or automation systems

Desirable

Experience supporting

MBSE

or

systems-led design

Exposure to

rapid prototyping

and

manufacturing processes

Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
