The Role

We are looking for a Junior Revit MEP Coordinator to join our BIM team and support the delivery of coordinated MEP models across multiple projects. This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in Revit MEP who is looking to develop their coordination, BIM, and building services knowledge within a consultancy environment.You will work alongside M&E designers and senior BIM staff, assisting with model production, coordination, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the production and maintenance of Revit MEP models in line with project and company BIM standards. Support coordination between mechanical, electrical, architectural, and structural models. Assist with clash detection, issue tracking, and model reviews. Help produce drawings, schedules, and model outputs for design and construction stages. Work closely with mechanical and electrical designers to resolve coordination issues. Maintain model organisation, families, and templates as directed by senior BIM staff.

Skills & Experience

Experience using Revit MEP (commercial or academic). Basic understanding of mechanical and/or electrical building services systems. Awareness of BIM processes and coordinated design workflows. Familiarity with Navisworks or similar coordination tools is advantageous. Good attention to detail and willingness to learn. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
