Our ideal candidate

This is ideal for someone with real-world mechanical skills, who's ready to grow into a technician role. You may not be fully qualified yet - but you know your way around engines, tools, and fault finding.

We're open-minded about your background - but you must have worked with machinery in some form. That could include:

Construction plant (e.g. diggers, dumpers, loaders) Agricultural machinery (tractors, telehandlers, farm equipment) Forklifts, HGVs, or an experienced Car Service Technicians/Mechanic

You might be:

A vehicle tech, agri fitter or plant improver looking to specialise A part-trained engineer or ex-apprentice who never got the break Someone with mechanical experience on farms or building sites Looking to return to engineering after a career break or switch

Duties

You'll be working in our busy, well-equipped Stourport workshop.

Initially you'll be supporting our technicians and carrying out PDI's, (Pre Delivery Inspections), but in time you'll gradually take on more technical responsibility - becoming fully qualified and undertaking full service and repair work to all the equipment that we sell both in our workshop and on our customer sites.
