Junior Producer

, you will work closely with the lead producers on all stages of development and production -- from script and casting to shoot logistics, post-production, and delivery. You'll gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a feature film, including creative meetings, production planning, and industry-facing communications.

We're looking for someone bright, enthusiastic, and proactive, ready to support our creative and logistical process while learning the foundations of producing in a real-world environment.

Responsibilities

Assist lead producers across all phases of development and production Attend creative and production meetings; take notes and track action points Conduct research and help prepare pitch decks, schedules, budgets, and reports Liaise with talent agents, crew, vendors, and production partners Support script tracking, legal paperwork, and deliverables Maintain databases, calendars, and production files Be available for occasional on-set or location work during shoots

What we're looking for

A recent university graduate with a strong interest in film Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and an ability to stay organised under pressure Confident using Pages or Word; basic knowledge of scheduling or budgeting software a plus A can-do attitude, readiness to pitch in on everything from coffee runs to creative strategy Ambition to build a long-term career in producing
