Tasks



As a key member of our Quest-to-Earn platform, you will work at the intersection of product, operations, and growth, ensuring smooth execution of offers, improving our research processes, and supporting platform success.



This role requires a mix of analytical, operational, and technical curiosity. If you're comfortable learning quickly, working cross-functionally, and supporting product decisions with operational execution, we'd love to hear from you!



What You'll Do



Offer Analysis & Management



Review available affiliate offers from different vendors to identify the most suitable options for our user base. Compare offers using internal dashboards to find the highest value and best user fit. Use admin dashboards to publish or disable offers with attention to data accuracy and backend logic.

Offerwall Operations & Vendor Monitoring



Regularly monitor vendor dashboards to identify high or low-performing offers. Enable or disable offers on our offerwall based on performance insights.

Competitor Analysis & Research



Review competitor analysis reports prepared by the internal team. Explore competitor platforms and social channels to identify high-performing offers.

Educational Content Management



Support the preparation and management of educational content for users on our offerwall.

User Behavior Analysis



Check user metrics and behavioral patterns across segments and cohorts to share insights with the team.

Requirements



We seek a team member who feels comfortable working remotely and in English in an international environment with a self-driven "Get stuff done" mindset.

What we are looking for:

Strong communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally. Basic technical proficiency and willingness to learn how backend systems and admin dashboards work. Attention to detail for comparing offer data and publishing updates accurately. Analytical mindset to interpret user behavior and offer performance data. Motivation to explore competitor trends and improve our offerwall operations. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
