Job Description

As an expanding property maintenance & refurbishment company, we are looking for an experienced small works estimator to join our commercial maintenance & project team.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable estimating in the hospitality industry, mainly pubs, bars & restaurants. You will be professional, punctual & have exceptional customer service skills whilst being able to manage all aspects of the various ongoing works. You will work closely with the helpdesk, contract managers & upper management to ensure the best results are achieved.

This role would suit candidates with experience in the commercial construction & interiors industry as an estimator or possibly moving from a hands-on role to an office environment. Experience in maintenance, refurbishment or from a quantity surveyor role would be an advantage but a good all-round knowledge of the various trades is essential. The candidate must also have a good knowledge of H&S for this role. Suitable qualifications would be an advantage.

You will have experience pricing from schedule of rates & from mobile engineers work reports to obtain accurate pricing for all follow on works & direct quote requests. You will have knowledge, experience of covering a variety of trades.

The role is primarily office-based working from our Kings Lynn location, but we operate across East Anglia, London & surrounding areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
