We're looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious

Junior Quantity Surveyor

to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, development-focused role with real progression opportunities, ideal for someone early in their QS career who is eager to grow and contribute to commercial success.

What You'll Do

Assist with the preparation of accurate cost estimates, valuations, and interim applications Support with the procurement of subcontractors and material suppliers Track project costs, variations, and profitability across live contracts Liaise with site managers, clients, and supply chain partners Help prepare financial reports and final accounts Maintain compliance with industry standards and contract terms

What We're Looking For

Ideally degree-qualified or currently studying in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline Strong numerical and organisational skills Excellent communication and a proactive approach to problem-solving Knowledge of JCT contracts is beneficial, but not essential Competent in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new software (e.g., Monday.com, ServiceM8)
