We are expanding our recruitment division and are looking for bright, motivated graduates to join us. You do not need previous recruitment experience. What matters most is your confidence, communication skills, and eagerness to learn. What You Will Do

Source and engage with candidates in the legal sector, including paralegals, trainee solicitors and qualified lawyers Support client recruitment needs from the initial search to interview coordination Build trusted relationships with candidates and clients Act as a point of contact for administration tasks Administer Accutrainee's recruitment cycle in collaboration with the team Screen candidate applications and conduct interviews Assist the HR team with onboarding, new starter processes, induction programmes and candidate engagement Attend recruitment events and maintain relationships with universities and career hubs Work closely with a friendly and supportive team while receiving training, mentoring and hands-on experience

What We Are Looking For

An applicant who is motivated to begin or develop a career in recruitment, regardless of background or previous work experience Someone who communicates clearly, confidently and professionally A curious and proactive individual who enjoys learning new skills Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work A positive attitude, motivation and a genuine interest in helping people A sales-minded approach is helpful, but not essential
