Junior Sales Administrator

to join our

Commercial Team

in Felixstowe -- someone enthusiastic, organised, and ready to grow with us.


This entry-level role is a brilliant first step into the fast-moving world of shipping and logistics. You'll get hands-on experience, full training, and the support of a friendly and experienced team that values every contribution.

What You'll Be Doing:

From day one, you'll be part of a busy, collaborative sales team, where no two days are the same. You'll:

Keep our CRM system accurate and up-to-date Upload spreadsheets, prepare quotes, and support tender submissions Answer incoming calls and emails with professionalism and care Assist the team in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Provide general administrative support across the sales process

What You'll Need:

We're not expecting years of experience -- just the right attitude and a willingness to learn. Ideally, you'll bring:

A-Levels (or equivalent qualifications) completed or near completion Some experience dealing with customers -- maybe in retail or hospitality A clear, confident phone manner and strong written communication Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills A team-first mindset and the motivation to grow your skills
