What we're looking for:
We're looking for a self-starter who enjoys connecting with people, spotting opportunities, and driving conversations that make an impact. You'll be eager to learn and grow within tech consultancy sales, supported by an experienced team, and possess excellent communication and organisational skills to manage multiple leads and opportunities effectively.
Comfortable making outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and nurturing early-stage relationships, you'll be curious, resilient, and motivated by both individual and team success. Open to feedback, you'll be keen to develop into a future consultative salesperson within the IT services space.
You'll need to be...
Have experience in a sales or business development environment - such as recruitment, call centre sales, lead generation, or inside sales.
A strong interest in technology or digital services, with a willingness to learn about our broad range of quality assurance services included, but not limited to, data services, AI, and enterprise tooling solutions.
Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and build relationships through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with both new and existing clients to identify opportunities.
Target-driven and motivated by performance-based rewards.
Your day job will look like...
Prospect and generate new leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach meeting agreed targets as set within the team.
Nurture early-stage client relationships.
Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, tracking multiple leads and opportunities.
Collaborate with the wider sales team, learning from experienced colleagues and applying feedback.
Conduct research on target markets and potential clients to uncover new business opportunities.
Support senior sales colleagues in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Work in a fast-paced, varied environment, combining outreach, research, client engagement, and collaboration.
