Excellent Uncapped Bonus Scheme

About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants to enter the fast-paced world of telecommunications, develop valuable skills, and earn uncapped commission.
You will support our Business Development function by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and helping clients find the right communication solutions. You'll be working in a dynamic, fun, and supportive environment, with a clear progression path and access to excellent training and development.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through outbound activity, networking, door knocking and lead management
Build rapport quickly and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable telecoms services, including VOIP, broadband, leased lines, mobile services, and IT support
Support the wider sales and account management team with administrative tasks and pipeline updates
Manage your workload effectively to maximise daily sales activity
Work towards achievable sales targets with support from the management team
Maintain accurate customer data using CRM systems
Participate in training sessions, product workshops, and performance reviews
Skills & Experience Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in building relationships quickly
Sales or customer-facing experience B2B
Motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
IT literate - experience using CRM systems is an advantage
A positive, resilient, and proactive attitude
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
A genuine interest in technology and telecoms solutions
A Full UK Drivers License
