The Role



As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be the engine room of our sales process. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and building a pipeline that fuels our expansion. This isn't just a "job"--it's an opportunity to master the art of selling in the thriving tech sector.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation: Proactively identifying and reaching out to potential customers through phone calls, emails, and social selling.

Discovery Calls: Conducting initial conversations to understand client needs and qualifying them for the senior sales team.

CRM Management: Keeping our sales database up-to-date and organized.

Product Knowledge: Learning the ins and outs of our software to confidently explain its value to business owners.

Hitting Targets: Working towards daily activity KPIs and monthly revenue goals.

About You



We aren't looking for 10 years of experience; we are looking for potential and personality. You'll be a great fit if you meet the following:

Some Sales Experience: You've had a taste of sales (hospitality, or internships) and know you have the "knack" for it.

Confident Communicator: You are happy picking up the phone and can build rapport with strangers quickly and professionally.

Tech Literate: You're a quick study with new software and comfortable working in a tech-focused environment.

Money & Growth Mindset: You are motivated by targets and the rewards that come with hitting them. You want to earn well and progress fast.

Keen to Learn: You don't have all the answers yet, but you are coachable and eager to develop your professional toolkit.
